Our cleaning method is simple:

  1. We complete a thorough high power dry vacuum.
  2. We pre-treat and spot treat stains.
  3. We agitate the carpet fibres to penetrate the carpet and loosen soilage.
  4. We then use a hot water extraction system to remove the soilage, stains and anything else lurking in the carpet.
  5. Where needed we may re-treat, agitate and hot water extract a second time to ensure best results.
  6. The last step is to brush up the carpet, add the finishing spray and allow the air blowers to dry the carpet out.
